Designer, Textiles & Fashion
Victoria has a background in textile and surface design. From 2005, Victoria worked for four years as a freelance textile designer with agents in London and New York.
This involved selling fashion, furnishing and gift designs to companies such as Laura Ashley, Marks & Spencers, Mamas & Papas and many other well known retailers.
Alongside this, Victoria also worked as a textile designer for an interior design company, and went on to add interior design to her ever-growing portfolio.
After this, Victoria decided to set up her own company creating wall art, before giving this up and going on to become a full time teacher specialising in art and design technology.
Designer & Film maker
Andrew has always been a creative artist from an early age. After achieving A-levels he decided to study at Hartlepool College of Art and Design to gain a foundation qualification to enable him to take a degree course in Set Design for Stage and Screen at the Wimbledon School of Art in London. In 2004 Andrew graduated from Wimbledon School of Art achieving a First Class Honours Degree.
After his degree Andrew worked in London as a freelance art director for 10 years. This was an exciting and challenging time for Andrew and the numerous projects for which he was commissioned involved the production of sets covering all the aesthetic aspects of film, television and commercials.
Alongside weddings & Events, Andrew runs Awoken's big brother 'Awoken Interiors' where he puts his creativity into upscaling furniture and accessories.
Awoken Weddings & Events was started in 2014 by Andrew & Victoria Littlefair after they successfully planned their own wedding.
